This will be an exploratory hike off from the Pine Creek road using as many trails as we can find, however, some bushwhacking might be involved. To get to the trailhead exit I-8 at Pine Valley and go under the bridge to the junction with old Hwy 80. Turn left at the stop sign and go approximately 1 mile and take a sharp right onto Pine Creek road. Go approximately 5.1 miles from this turn, which will take you past the Noble Canyon trailhead parking lot, through several gates, past the wide turnout area to your right where we have parked on several hikes and continue up the mountain to the split between Pine Creek Road and Deer Park Road.
